Another Giveway!

Announcing the Reading Clean Giveaway Hop
September 6th - 12th
Hosted by Clean Teen Fiction, One Librarian's Book Reviews
& I Am A Reader, Not A Writer

Featuring Clean Reads!  Books free from sex, language and gratuitous violence.
Book you can share with anyone without hesitation be it your mother, daughter or bishop's wife.

On my blog I'm giving away a copy of Imperfectly Beautiful-A Clean Romantic Suspense:

At 1:30 am, in New York City, Regan Wright is ripped out of a sound sleep with a jolt - her heart thuds in her ears and her face feels flushed. Straining to hear anything out of the ordinary, she fumbles to turn on the bedside lamp. Nothing seems out of place. Suddenly her stomach twists in knots - it's her identical twin, Rebecca. Something is terribly wrong...

Though twins, Rebecca and Regan couldn't be more different.

Independent and outspoken, Regan chose a high-profile career as a fashion designer in New York City. Despite her hard-earned success, Regan’s become disillusioned by the glamour and the glitz. She’s tired of coming home to a lonely penthouse apartment welcomed only by her cat and has all but given up on ever finding “Mr. Right.”

Steady and reliable, Rebecca chose to be a wife and stay-at-home mom. From the very first moment she met James Conrad—tall and muscular with eyes as blue as a cloudless sky—she was captivated. Married and four children later, Rebecca’s life is not what she expected. Her marriage has lost its shine and her sweet babies have become challenging and often unappreciative children.

Both Rebecca and Regan must discover, a higher power has the answers to what matters most, but when a serial killer strikes nearby, and his victims look eerily similar to the twins, will it be too late?

I love the idea of this blog hop. I am always looking for new books that my daughter and I can both read, and it seems like so many are inappropriate for a young teen.

I love reading and writing clean books. I love to read without being slapped in the face with something I don't want to see. I don't want to be embarrassed if my kids pick it up. I feel like there's enough lovely, of good report and paiseworthy that I don't have to read junk. So thanks for your writing. And I'm a new follower. BTW, I've read your first book and LOVED it!

I like the idea of clean reads because as my Dad always use to say, "Association brings on assimilation!" I totally do tend to find myself living a cleaner life when I am around clean people, and I strive to not be so in the muck all the time! =)

Thanks for the chance to win! =)

I like clean reads b/c I enjoy books with a solid plot, well-developed characters, and a readable language style. Gratuitous profanity, violence, and sex are distracting.

I don't exclusively read "clean reads", but I do like them. It is true that sex sells, but sometimes that becomes the focus of the book and there isn't a plot that exists beyond the sheets! I find that clean reads tend to be better developed in terms of both plot and characters.
