A few days ago I was in an office waiting for my name to be called for an appointment and I was reading the latest book from one of my favorite authors, Stephanie Black. She writes romantic suspense. Another woman in the room was sitting nearby and we made eye contact and exchanged pleasantries. I noticed she had a book, during our conversation I asked her what she was reading.
It was the same book-Shadowed!
We had to laugh. As we kept talking I told her Stephanie was a friend and that I was also an author. By the time her name was called she had written down my contact info to look up my books. An added bonus!
