The Cleansing of America by W.Cleon Skousen

I don’t know about you, but to me a book on politics or history can be dry and difficult to read. That genre usually doesn’t create an edge-of-the-seat-can’t-put-it-down reaction, star-filled eyes and a dreamy look, or repeated I-can-totally-relate-laughter.

W. Cleon Skousen’s (1913-2006), 47th book, The Cleansing of America written before his death will be launched April 1, 2010 by Valor Publishing group.
This book refreshingly like many of his others, including best-selling. The 5000 Year Leap and Making of America, is not dry or difficult to read. In fact I was pleasantly surprised and now consider myself on the growing list of his fans.
The Cleansing of America created a myriad of thoughts and emotions for me. I found it informative, well documented, thought-provoking and a bit scary. It also precipitated some interesting dinner table conversations with my family. As of yet I have not finished it—but will.
